Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee the highest quality of the product you order, but after receiving your order, you may decide to return  / exchange your purchase due to various reasons.

If you decide to return / exchange your order please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reasons for return / exchange. You have 5 days (after receiving the order) to notify us about return / exchange. After this timeframe, no return / exchange requests will be accepted. Also, please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Please note, sale items can not be returned or exchanged.

Accessories (both, regular price and sale items) can not be returned or exchanged.

After we receive the return, our quality control representative will check the product and you will reveive the refund (minus shipping fees) on your original payment card during 7-10 working days.

To accept the return or exchange, all the below conditions should be satisfied:

All the original tags should be attached without any damage.

Original packaging should be kept.

Product should not be washed or dry cleaned.

Product fabric / leather should not be damaged.

Product should not have a smell of fragrance, cosmetics, alcohol or a smoke.

In case if at least one of these conditions are not satisfied, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange and refund will not be issued.

For now, return / exchange transportation costs are covered by customer. Please used trusted international carrier company to send product back to us.
